IT Technician

 

Integrity First Technology Services is a Fresno based IT Consulting and Software Development firm. Our team of professionals primarily serves the California agriculture industry with coverage stretching from Bakersfield to Chico and everywhere in between. Integrity First has become the team of professionals over time that customers rely upon to turn projects that “can’t be done” into solutions for complex problems mixing traditional IT with custom software development across a wide range of disciplines. Some of our more specialized projects include outdoor wide-area wireless and point to point communications for farms, software and hardware support for our ISV clients and Linux based systems for irrigation automation. We also offer a full range of primary IT services for our clients, including server & network design/deployment, network security, desktop support, software support and value-added resales.

The IT Technician position currently open at our firm is intended to encompass the full range of our IT services offerings.

Final pay dependent upon qualified applicant experience.

Specifically, experience or skills we would like to see in a candidate include:

  • Windows 10/11 (in-depth experience and knowledge)

  • Windows Server

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Active Directory / Group Policy

  • Virtualization

  • TCP/IP & General Networking Concepts (including routers, switches, access points, etc.)

  • Disaster Recovery and Continuity solutions

  • Linux experience a plus

This is a job that requires an extensive amount of interaction with customers and work is performed both onsite and remote. Because our business focuses on providing support and solutions to agriculture, we often find ourselves working: outdoors, on farms, in dairies, in processors & cooling facilities and in hullers. The work environment for Integrity First is incredibly dynamic and changes a lot as we solve problems for our customers across an incredibly wide breadth of requests.

Successful Applicants should:

  • Be comfortable and effective working on a team and independently and enjoy interacting with our customers regularly

  • Have their own transportation available and be willing to do some regular travelling to customer sites

  • Have a clean driving record

  • Be willing to work some overtime or weekends, specifically through our customers’ peak harvest periods

  • Pass a background check

  • Be able to handle stressful situations with ease

  • Carry 40 pounds of weight
